The project is about the renovation and the new format design of a caffe and bistrot shop

The working area is dispodes as an island in the middle of the space. All around the customers can be served, on the perimeter they can have a sit and enjoy the home made products.

the working area is disposed on a double line: the first one, close to the customer, is the cooking and coffee line. The second one, more hiden, is the backstage with the preparing and washing area.
