The project is about the renovation and the new format design of a pastry and bakery shop.
A long countner cross all along the shop and the bakery area is the background scenary of all the space behind a metallic arches wall done with the texture of the new Logo.

The two material used for the main furnitures are a gray row stone (santamargherita) and copper for the details.
​
Stone and copper are two materials which play an essential role in the production of bread making: one to grind the flour and the other one too cook it.
That’s why they both were chosen to display the food products.
"I Piloni", one of the main city symbols of Frosinone, are the background with their arcades inside the Neapolitan pastry, which after years of sacrifice and passion that accompanied this activity, pays homage to the city that welcomed it.
