This is a second project with a client that was happy and satisfied after testing me on a smaller one, just beside.

In this case the needs were to enlarge the office surface adding a 3th floor on the existent building. The proposal was to tansform the way to work for the building users with smart and common areas.

The new floor design is technologically different (wood flamework), showing itself detached from the presence.

The extension on the top floor, designed to accommodate part of the Customs Office, is equipped with a zenith opening to increase indoor lighting performance.

The new wooden volume reaches the north and west sides (partly reshaping the portico alignment on the ground floor) creating a shadow line that underlines the identity of each part, the new one and the old one.
