The 45,000-square-meter development is a joint venture between an arabian-based Investor and a turkish Construction and Developer Company.

The project, valued at more than $300 million, comprises 600 residential units, 300 office spaces, and 150 retail outlets. It will occupy a prime location near the harbour that connects Yalova to Istanbul’s sides.
