The project is spread on a sloping area. It is extended on all over the boarder and it is emptied by many coutyards which are linkend among them with stairs. A long axe crosses lenghtwise all over the project's area connecting all the volumes and a central short axe open the area to the exterior as an entrance for the public function (gymnasium and theater).

The material, the volumes shape, the coutyard concept, the stairs system and the water - who goes troughout all along the area - are all ideas "stolen" from the old city's morphology and that attempt to develop the same bioclimatic confortable system.
